When you don't have any experience with cloth diapers, chances are that you are thinking in terms of 'old-fashioned', 'gross' and 'lots of work'. However, these are all things that do not apply anymore with modern cloth diapers. 

Modern cloth diapers are easy to use, better for baby's skin and much prettier than disposables. You put them on like a disposable and when you have changed the diaper, you put it in the diaper pail. You can use a special liner that catches the stool. In that way, you can simply lift the poop out of the diaper, so there is nothing gross about it.
